PRODUCTS
Most of products are an accurate scale model and not a toy. They contain highly intricate, delicate parts which are extremely fragile and must be handled with special care. Not suitable for children under 14 years or for those unfamiliar with the products. We cannot and will not accept any responsibility for the mishandling of the products. Handle with great care; do not drop, bump, break, force or scratch the products with unusal or unnessary force. Long term exposure to direct sunlight may cause damage.
We reserves the right to refuse any claim, return or demands for refund for the product following improper use or handling.
Resin/white metal model cars are hand made and hand printed. There will be inconsistency due to this nature. This is accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

We only sells products to adults through the Website who can purchase its products using a Paypal credit card. By purchasing a product using the Website, you represent to us that you are an adult and that you are authorized to make the purchase using the Paypal account information you provide. When you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your computer relating to any use of the Website or any purchase of our products through your computer.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in US dollar and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. Prices are liable to change at any time.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a Product's correct price is lower than the price stated on our website we will reimburse you the difference in price between the price you paid and the correct price. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you a Confirmation Email, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Payment may be made by PayPal. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver Products to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
PayPal as a method of payment
How does it work? It is simple, on the payment page, select PayPal as your chosen payment method and when prompted login to your PayPal account, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. On confirming payment you will then be presented with your order confirmation page on www.gee-fly.com
You will receive an email from us confirming your order along with a further email from PayPal confirming your payment.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received 7-15 days.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made to order items are NOT returnable.
Only stock items are returnable.
All items are despatched well packed. If any items are received damaged or faulty please contact us immediately upon receipt.(Returns are excepted within 14 days of delivery to you.)
Returns/Exchanges are accepted on unopened merchandise. All shipping and insurance charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
