Delivery Service

We use Taiwan Post delivery services (EMS).

Shipment will be despatched within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. It usually takes another 7 to 15 working days to reach the recipient.

Tracking information is supplied via Taiwan Post upon shipping.

Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal's Note area when making your payment. We get 100's of Emails a day and it's hard to match all Emails to Payments.

Any re-shipping charges due to no one being home to except the shipment or an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyers expense.

We have no control on items after they leave the Taiwan We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by such services.

Note:

Import duties and other taxes levied by the destination country are to be borne by the recipient.

Certain goods are not to be delivered to overseas addresses.
